Warming's art at the inaugural exhibition she created for Art Science Exhibits Berlin in 2017, included an installation of ear banners and the above triptych. The exhibit opened for Berlin Science Week at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin's Thaer-Institut of Agriculture and Horticulture. Thaer-Institut's Grand Hall is located next door to the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin (MfN).
The banners depict her drawings of ears belonging to MfN scientists; Paleontologist Dr. Korn, Hymenopterist Dr. Ohl, and Entomology Collections Manager Lukas Kirschey. Their research is showcased within the Discovery Triptych, as are Warming's drawings from the museum's collections.
Warming curated the work of 25 international artists for the exhibit at this wonderful location, with a 2D annex gallery at Campus Nord Branch Library. The exhibition included Science Lectures, Artist Talks, and a Video Program that traveled as far as the Philippines. The exhibition was sponsored in part by the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin.
